"Fast delivery, no problems"
The shirt showed up really quick, which was nice. The vinyl was packed well too, like... no dents or weird issues or anything. Simple order, but yeah, everything came in fine.

I really like how quick the new shows gets posted. Most times I’m listening the next day, and sometimes it was even sooner than that. Been really happy with it overall.

I mostly got it because of the exclusive shows, and that’s enough for me. If a service has stuff I can’t watch anywhere else, then it kind of feels worth it automatically, even if I don’t watch everything on there. I’ve found a few shows I really like, so yeah, I’m happy with it.

"Really solid for digging into live shows"
I mostly use nugs for the on-demand stuff, and the catalog is solid. There are way more shows than I expected, and it’s super nice being able to hop around between different bands and years without much hassle. Some of the older recordings definitely sound better than others, but that’s kind of to be expected. Overall, I’m really happy with it and I keep finding random live sets I totally missed before.

"Fair price for tons of live music"
I’ve been using nugs for a while now, and the pricing feels fair to me. It’s not the cheapest subscription out there, but with the amount of live shows and content they have, I definitely don’t feel ripped off. I actually recommended it to a friend who’s really into live recordings too, because it feels worth it if you’ll actually use it

I downloaded a few shows before my flight, and I’m really glad I did. Everything played smoothly offline, which made the trip so much easier. Super convenient and no complaints so far!

"I’ve had a decent time with nugs…"
I’ve had a decent time with nugs overall. I mostly remember the shows that sound great and make me glad I signed up, so that part definitely sticks with me. But every now and then I’ll run into a download that takes way longer than it should or glitches out halfway through, and then I’m reminded it’s not always smooth. It’s not a dealbreaker for me, but for the price, I do wish the quality and reliability were a little more consistent.

The streams do work sometimes, but the app is frustrating. It feels like it only works when it wants to, and I end up spending way too much time trying to get it to cooperate instead of actually watching anything.

"Easy to Use, No Annoying Nonsense"
I’m still new to nugs.net, but getting around the site was way easier than I expected. I could search by bands, dates, and recent shows without getting stuck in some dumb maze of clicks. The menus actually make sense, and the player page isn’t a pain in the ass to figure out either. I found what I wanted fast, and really, that’s all I care about.

"Good shows, playback can be kinda rough"
I really do like the shows on nugs, there’s a lot of good stuff to watch. But the playback hasn’t always been smooth for me. Sometimes it’ll buffer, or randomly restart in a weird way, which gets annoying. It’s not awful or anything, just enough of a hassle that I can’t really go higher than 3 stars.

I needed to cancel my nugs plan for now, i was expecting it to be a bit of a hassle. But it ended up being super straightforward. I found the cancel option quickly, didn’t have to click through a bunch of confusing pages or deal with any weird runaround, and the confirmation email showed up right away. Definitely appreciated how painless it was.

"Great live show quality, just wish it loaded faster"
I’ve been using nugs.net mostly to watch live show videos, and the quality has been really good. The streams look clear on my TV and don’t turn into a blurry mess like some other concert sites I’ve tried. A couple times it took a bit to load, which definitely tested my patience because I just wanted to get to the show already, but once it starts, it runs smoothly. It really does make it feel a lot closer to actually being there.
